Join the Sustainability Commission and Bloomington Parks Maintenance staff to help remove invasive buckthorn at Ike’s Creek in Forest Glen Park. Volunteer activities include identifying, cutting, pulling, and hauling buckthorn. No experience is necessary.  In the event of inclement weather and cancellation, registered participants will be notified via the email address provided at registration.

Details: Bring your own work gloves and water bottle, and wear shoes that you don’t mind getting a little bit muddy. All other equipment will be provided.

The event check in table will be located in the parking lot behind the WhirlyBall Twin Cities building and behind the Home2 Suites building (marked by the yellow star on the images below).
